WHAT WE DO

We take an idea and own it all the way to delivery.

Eight stages, one team, one point of contact. From the first conversation to the pallet arriving in your warehouse, nothing gets handed off and nothing falls between the gaps.

  1. Stage 01

    Account management

Every client has their own dedicated account manager who learns exactly what you need, whether that is budget, safety, deadlines or new ideas. They draw on the full range of expertise across procurement, compliance, creative, logistics and quality control to make sure the brief is met.

  2. Stage 02

    Procurement

A comprehensive supplier network worldwide lets us ethically source everything from cosmetics and clothing to toys, bags, housewares, fashion and accessories. Our London procurement team makes sure every order goes to a factory that can produce exactly to your requirements.

  3. Stage 03

    Creative

Creativity is central to what we do. Our in-house designers produce visuals and illustrations that help you see a new product before it exists, backed by a 3D printer that has become invaluable to both our clients and our factories.

  4. Stage 04

    Quality control

We use independent accredited inspection companies and experienced QC engineers from our China office to verify quality through DUPRO, during production inspections, and FRI, final random inspections, on every order.

  5. Stage 05

    Safety and compliance

Our internal specialists work with leading accredited test laboratories to keep clients safe and compliant. TCS is a member of the British Standards Institution.

  6. Stage 06

    Logistics

We understand what a delivery deadline means when the work is a time sensitive promotion. Logistics partners are chosen carefully so the optimum freight method and route is selected every time.

  7. Stage 07

    Corporate and social responsibility

TCS is an active member of Sedex, and we work with our key factories on an ongoing basis so they stay committed to improving working conditions and employment practices, and remain true to the ETI base code. We also work with clients and suppliers to reduce environmental impact, offering sustainable product options and alternative materials that can be reused or recycled.

  8. Stage 08

    Factory auditing

We audit all of our key factories to internationally recognised codes such as SMETA on a regular basis, with independent auditing companies and our China office. We train factories through comprehensive Critical Action Plans covering health and safety and good employment practices, focusing on root cause rather than single issues.

Eight stages, one supplier.

Every stage below is owned by the same team, from the first idea through to the delivered pallet.
